This package is specifically designed for business owners who are seeking support for diagnosed or undiagnosed ADHD. This program is designed to support you to solve business issues and improve results. However, all real growth begins with heightened self-awareness. So the first goal of this program is to learn more about how your specific ADHD symptoms manifest, and understand when and how ADHD is a part of your experience.
Many people have searched for the hacks, quick fixes, and best systems by copying others. However, experience has proven time and again, that copying other people's systems doesn't last. Our goal will be to discover and create significant and sustainable, custom systems made for you and your unique needs and personal idiosyncrasies.

All coaching packages begin with a 90-minute session to set expectations and goals. Most clients book 1 session per week for 4 months for a total of 16 Sessions.
All sessions can be recorded to allow you to experience your own insights as a curious observer between sessions.

You'll learn to notice distractibility and avoidance, and begin to notice what may be 'missing' that drives these frustrating behaviors. You'll focus on building doable habits and create hacks and tricks to help you maintain focus.
If you're on an emotional roller coaster, it is likely impacting your results and relationships. You’ll work on shifting your perspective from 'critic' to 'detective.' You'll develop your inner 'Curious Observer' and begin to see the experience as an opportunity to gather data. When you begin to observe your own life, you'll effectively gather details and identify opportunities to pause and pivot toward better choices more often.
You'll recognize what conditions spark curiosity and creativity and begin harnessing ways to better regulate your desire to 'start' and 'engage' more regularly.
You'll get centered and be able to tackle the areas that are blocking your space. Setting weekly goals helps you take one step at a time with regular support and accountability.
Yes, we can even work on those piles of unrecognizable stuff in your home and office. Virtual organizing sessions help you dig in, set up files, let go of incomplete stuff and set up ongoing systems.
We'll frame progress using the AEC Model and focus on how you solve for Duration, Path, and Outcome developed by Cam Gott.
Using the Flow Method™ (Focus-Frame-Finish-Flow) you select what you want to do and begin completing tasks.
We all have the same amount of time, but with ADHD you may see time as an enemy. We'll identify your unique Time and Organizing Personality Styles with the TSSI™ and use your preferences as a way to notice tension with time and space in your work and life. This framework will help heal your relationship with your time and space.
ADHD interrupts your working memory which causes you to forget critical details. Also, prospective memory (remembering to remember something in the future) is difficult for some people with ADHD. So we'll customize and personalize your scheduling and reminder system to catalog information in ways that help you retrieve it when you need it.
Sometimes adults with ADHD can really struggle with self-sabotage and Imposter's Syndrome. Regular coaching will help you begin to recognize triggers that set you spiraling. We'll work on setting t up your framework and foundations of support that will help you overcome these sabotage cycles.
You'll set up a flexible framework with routines that help you focus on indulging and pampering yourself, and soon you'll realize how essential they are to your well-being. Many high performers put their own needs last. Establishing healthy boundaries upon which to build your business requires you to know what you love and don't love so you can create healthy habits, and essential structures in order to surround yourself with supportive people.
