Program Details

Duration: Regular coaching sessions spanning six months and totaling 18 private, 1-1 sessions. Many clients begin with weekly sessions and then graduate to two or three sessions per month for a period of six consecutive months.
Cost: $3,700 (The Invest-In-Full option offers the best value, but we also provide Flex-Invest Financing).

In-Depth Initial Strategy Session

Kickstart your journey with our 90-minute Initial Strategy Session. It offers total focus, goal setting, and business planning to set you up for success.

(Up to) Weekly Coaching Sessions (Total 18 sessions over 6 months)

Our 45-minute coaching sessions are flexible, allowing you to book the number of sessions you need within six months. Many clients begin with one or two sessions per week and eventually find that three or two sessions per month best support their progress. Twenty sessions must be utilized within six consecutive months. We record each session and provide links for your reference, allowing you to gain deeper insights and build self-awareness.

ADHD Online Training Curriculum

Upon signing up, you gain instant access to our online ADHD Aligned and Inspired Modules. Online ADHD Coaching Modules: Gain access to 30 modules covering psychology, habit-building, time management, organizing, and more. These modules complement your coaching experience.
