- Coaching Welcome Packet - The coaching relationship begins upon purchase. You are asked to complete a Coaching Welcome Packet that will help you clarify your intentions and goals for our coaching sessions.
- 2 Hour Private Working Sessions - 3 Intensive Laser Sessions offer us time to dig deep and work on your content, idea or implementation plan. You will come to each session with a specific topic or project and leave the session with plans, an action list, resources and tools to launch you on your way toward success! Sessions must be consumed within 4 months from booking.
- All virtual Laser Coaching Sessions are recorded and sent to you after the session so you can listen again.

When you purchase, you will receive an email with a link to a Web Form. Please complete the form and submit to book your first Laser Coaching Session via my online booking system. Since the booking process is automated, the system waits for you to open emails before triggering the next step.
